Loan Documentation System
- Client project
- Desktop application
- Solo built
A Windows desktop application that produces a member's full loan document set — application, promissory note, disclosure statement, and contract — from a single loan record, with the computed figures and member details merged into each form and ready to print. Designed and delivered solo in C# / .NET.
Client project — implementation details confidential
Internal workflows, data models, and system-specific flows are omitted out of respect for client confidentiality. Happy to walk through the architecture and approach on a call.
What I built
The capabilities behind the platform
One-step document set
Generates the whole loan packet — application, promissory note, disclosure statement, and contract — from one member loan record.
Loan computation
Amortization, interest, service charges, and net proceeds computed once and merged consistently into every form.
Template-driven forms
Official form layouts kept as editable templates so a wording or rate change updates every future document without touching code.
Print & export
Print-preview, batch printing, and PDF export with correct pagination for pre-printed cooperative letterheads.
Member & loan lookup
Pulls member data and loan terms directly from the cooperative database, so forms can't drift from the system of record.
